The “Market Retail Products & Services” course is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge to effectively market and sell retail products and services in a salon environment. During this 3-day course, students will learn about product knowledge, sales techniques, merchandising, and customer service.

 

Topics covered in the course include understanding the features and benefits of retail products and services, how to effectively communicate with clients to identify their needs, how to use merchandising techniques to promote products and services, and how to apply effective sales techniques to close sales.

 

Students will also learn about the importance of providing exceptional customer service in the retail environment, including how to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere, how to effectively handle customer complaints, and how to build and maintain strong client relationships..

 

Throughout the course, students will engage in practical activities and role-playing exercises to apply their learning in real-world scenarios. Upon completion of this course, students will have the skills and knowledge to effectively market and sell retail products and services in a salon environment.
