DESCRIPTION

The “Reception and Administrative Services” course is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge to effectively provide reception and administrative services in a salon or spa environment. During this 6-day course, students will learn about communication and interpersonal skills, time management, appointment scheduling, record keeping, and customer service.

 

Topics covered in the course include how to greet and communicate with clients, how to manage appointments and schedules, how to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, how to process payments, and how to provide exceptional customer service.

 

Students will also learn about effective time management, including how to prioritize tasks, manage interruptions, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, students will learn about the importance of maintaining a professional and positive attitude in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

 

Throughout the course, students will engage in practical activities and case studies to apply their learning in real-world scenarios. Upon completion of this course, students will have the skills and knowledge to effectively provide reception and administrative services in a salon or spa environment.
